The due diligence aspects of the transaction have been followed by a team led by partner Elena Giuffr\u00e8 with the support of associates Marta Simoncelli and Francesca Sala and trainee and Matteo Perrone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Renam, a company of the BayWa r.e. group, played a role as the technical and engineering partner in the entire operation. The project saw the direct involvement of theManaging Director Paolo Vincenzo Chiantore, the Head of Asset Management and Technical Advising Simone Pinamonte, and team members Nicola Ielo and Umberto Ivoi.
